Doodlebops Birthday Cake
Today was such a fun day! We decided to throw Joshua and Josiah a big family birthday party here at our house in Austin. We had a house FULL of people and it was a blast. The temperature didn't cooperate much though...it was in the low 50's and was pretty chilly. We bought an inflatable bouncer for the boys at Target and it came in very handle for all of the little ones that were here.
We built a fire in the outdoor fireplace and ordered pizza for everyone. When it came time to do the birthday cake and ice cream, everyone got a kick out of watching the boys try to eat their cake as fast as possible and before anyone else had been served, they were asking for more. If you've been around Joshua and Josiah, you know that this happens more often than not. The boys love to eat and today was no exception.
In case you're wondering...Doodlebops are the only thing that the boys will watch on TV and go crazy with excitement any time they see "Bop-Bops". So...that is the reason for the cake.
The boys will be turning 2 on April 16th and we're counting down the days...
